From our heirloom buttermilk marinade, to our juicy California free-range birds, and our proprietary “stay crispy” batter, we think it’s pretty apparent that we take great pride in crafting our recipes and sourcing sustainably. That's the Southern in us, and so is our devotion to cooking with soul. We pickle and ferment, smoke with hickory, and make all our sauces from scratch. We don’t use freezers or heat lamps, and most importantly, we fry our chicken to order—it might take a little more time, but that’s the right way to do it. As you eat your way through our menu, City by City, we hope y’all enjoy the rich and complex flavors we were inspired to share. We’d like to think that each and every bite you take is an expression of true grit Southern culture, and no matter what you choose, you’re in for one heck of a good story.
