Patricia McMahon Therapy
I have been working with individuals, couples and families for over 5 years. Extended training in trauma, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) have provided me with skills to help empower clients toward living more fulfilling lives.
I have also worked professionally in the creative arts and I have a keen sense of the challenges posed for people who are striving to achieve life/work balance.
In addition, yoga and meditation has provided me with insight into mindfulness, which has had a positive impact on my work with clients.
