Originally built to house high-end art galleries and live/work spaces for artists, the Fine Arts Building remains an iconic downtown Los Angeles landmark. Today, the building offers office space for professional and non-profit firms, an ornate lobby ideal for special events, and gallery space for display of artists' work in conjunction with the LA Artwalk.
