A restaurant from Preux & Proper chef Sammy Monsour. This Southern-leaning seafood joint focuses on all things sustainable with a raw bar serving up classics like crab claws and lobster tails but some new flavors as well like a cobia crudo with peach, buttermilk, pecan, and basil, Nashville hot catfish, trout deviled eggs, and a smoked tomahawk pork chop. For drinks, beverage director Kassady Wiggins serves up Southern-inspired cocktails and an impressive wine list.
