Everything on our menu is made from scratch each and every day. Whenever possible and in season, locally sourced produce and ingredients are used.
The signature item on the menu is our chicken which is cooked in the Mexican "rostizado" style – slow cooked over several hours in a rotisserie oven. With our special marinade and this multi-hour cooking process, the chicken we craft is tender, juicy, and contains a prominent citrus flavor profile.
Although it takes us over 27 hours to prepare, marinade, and cook the chicken, we pride ourselves in doing the proper planning and preparation to present you with all of our culinary products as quickly as possible. The end result is a quality meal that's served fast.
