Chef Louis Huh & Chef Marcos Spaziani started with a food truck called ML Eats before opening Marlou. Just recently Chef Marcos has been seen on Bravo TV and NBC as the chef of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Chef Louis has competed on the Food Network. Marcos, who is from Venezuela, combined his love of South American cuisine with Louis' Korean background, creating a delectable fusion menu. Marlou serves brunch and dinner with a curated cocktail list.
