Redbird Valentine's Day Dinner
Redbird | Vibiana Chef | Owner Neal Fraser will prepare a three-course dinner at Redbird on Valentine’s Day, alongside an optional wine pairing curated by Wine Director Josh Wibbenmeyer featuring pours from California, Spain, France, and Portugal. First Course
Chawanmushi with maine lobster, abalone mushrooms, red shiso
Veal Tartare with black trumpets, artichoke, egg jam, tendon chips

Black Truffle Risotto with foraged mushrooms, fiore sardo
Surf & Turf filet of beef, skull island prawn, pea tendrils, white carrots, chanterelles, lobster hollandaise
Dessert
Crème Caramel with pear mole, pepita, spiced chicharron
Sticky Toffee Pudding with candied kumquat, crème fraiche ice cream
