DTLA Alliance Launches New Safe & Clean App
DTLA’s Purple Patrol just got even easier to reach! The new official app for DTLA Alliance Safe & Clean services allows users to submit requests for safety concerns and maintenance issues within the Downtown Center.
The app offers an easy-to-use way to request everything from graffiti and trash removal to homeless outreach services. Other services include safety escorts to walk you to and from everything in our District from your office to the latest new restaurant, sidewalk cleaning, and anonymous reporting of any other cleaning or safety issues. Through the app, users can either submit reports online or connect to the 24/7 phone hotline with the click of a button. To submit through the app, simply select the nature of your request, the location, and an optional photo. All requests may be anonymous except for those involving a safety escort, as user information is required for safety team members to know who to assist!
The Safe & Clean app operates within the same boundaries as the Downtown Center which can be found here (LINK) and includes Bunker Hill, the Jewelry District, and 7th Street Restaurant Row.
Easily request assistance (online or by phone) with:
- Graffiti, trash, and safety issues with a brief description and the option of sending a photo
- A safety escort to walk with you within the Downtown Center district
- Homeless outreach services to support the unhoused community
Requests, other than for a safety escort, can be made anonymously. For emergencies, call 911.
