Join NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) for their virtual interview with film & television director, DeMane Davis, on Thursday, April 29th, @ 5PM via Zoom!

DeMane Davis is a television director and producer whose most recent work is the highly anticipated series Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam CJ Walker on Netflix. The limited series stars Octavia Spencer, Blair Underwood & Tiffany Haddish. She's also directed How to Get Away With Murder and, after working with Ava DuVernay, Queen Sugar on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN). She started, though, directing independent films, making Lift starring Kerry Washington, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
