Join LA's only Heavy Metal Yoga experience by rocking out during your sun salutations. We are the most flexible metal community in LA. This is Heavy Metal Yoga LA.

After a 60-minute yoga flow that is suitable for all levels, soundtracked by the best selection of heavy metal, we'll enjoy some beer together in one of Downtown Los Angeles's newest craft breweries.

DETAILS:

- IF you have any COVID symptoms at all, PLEASE don't come to class. You can transfer your ticket to a friend or switch to a future class. Thank you!
- Wear your favorite metal shirt to class!
- Please arrive in plenty of time before class to check in and set up.
- Class is held OUTSIDE the brewery taproom.
- Parking is available in the lot on W12th & Margo for $2 for 4 hours.
- Yes, we have spare mats for rent.
- ALL yoga experience levels are welcomed and encouraged!
