Entrepreneur Dinner Club at KAVIAR Los Angeles: Artfully Curated Japanese Elevated Dining

Join us for an exclusive evening at KAVIAR Los Angeles as we sit with Executive Chef John Hans Yeo to learn about his restaurant experience in the opening and expansion of countless restaurants, including the newly opened second expansion for KAVIAR in the iconic Arts District of downtown Los Angeles following their first flagship in Old Town Pasadena. KAVIAR offers a diverse Japanese selection from traditional fare to modern dishes inspired by Executive Chef Yeo and his team of chefs.

The artfully curated dishes are complimented by a full specialized sushi bar with responsibly sourced fish and luxurious accompaniments from the world’s finest caviar to truffles from France. In addition to the food, the restaurant’s classic art deco elements of marble, brass fixtures and exposed brick serve as a backdrop for pieces of art showcased from local artists embodying the culture of the community.
