Joseph Young (1975)
Joseph Young's 60-foot concrete sculpture mounted with 1,494 Venetian glass prisms, lights bulbs, and an internal 79-bell carillon installed in Fletcher Bowron Square in 1975. The piece is a tribute to the unfinished, kaleidoscopic nature of Los Angeles.
