Tim Hawkinson's artwork wedged into the northwest edge of the Grand Central Market. Finished in 1994, the clock tower explores what could have happened if a clock tower had been on the site — and the concrete for the parking garage was “poured right up against it, so what you're left with is this sort of cookie-cutter impression of it.”
