Bell Communications Around the Globe
Anthony (Antoon) B. Heinsbergen (1961)
A 17-foot high by 36-foot wide building-mounted multi-media sculpture and mural. This relief sculpture includes metal sculpture and various telephone transmission and switching components, mounted on a background of ceramic tile mosaic. The unusual relief sculpture pays tribute to the extensive communication and technology advancements of Alexander Graham Bell and his Bell Laboratories since 1896.
