Responsible for the quality of coffees served at Le Café Bonjour, Jae is a coffee aficionado; his passion led him to deepen and widen his knowledge on the coffee drink. He eagerly visited several coffee plantations to learn more about the variety and quality of different types of grains, processing and roasting stages to attain an unforeseen quality of the coffee grains.
