LA Row is an indoor Rowing Studio.  We simply Row.  We offer the physical and mental benefits of rowing in a convenient community setting. Our knowledgeable instructors blend a workout designed to challenge the mind and body with vibrant music to ensure our patrons leave with the feeling of an accomplished satisfied workout. Classes are kept small to allow for personalized attention. 

The studio is equipped with WaterRowers. The WaterRower flywheel is uniquely designed to silently simulate the dynamics of a competitive rowing boat while providing the soothing relaxing woosh of the water with every stroke. This machine has no damper, allowing our patron to set their own intensity.
