DATALAND is the world’s first Museum of AI Arts, bringing together art, technology, science, and nature in a groundbreaking new cultural experience at The Grand LA in Downtown Los Angeles. Created under the artistic leadership of Refik Anadol Studio, the museum spans five multisensory galleries where data is transformed into immersive, ever-evolving works of image, sound, scent, and interaction. Its inaugural exhibition, Machine Dreams: Rainforest, uses an AI model trained on ethically sourced environmental data to reimagine the intelligence and complexity of the natural world, inviting visitors into a mesmerizing experience where human presence and machine creativity shape the art in real time.
