DTLA's Not-So-Scary Halloween Festival Returns! 

Something special is brewing in Downtown LA this Halloween! Gather the family for an enchanting evening at Grand Hope Park, where the 17th Annual DTLA Halloween Festival for Kids is set to return. This beloved holiday tradition features a safe and jubilant atmosphere to celebrate the spirit of the season.

Kids will revel in the excitement of trick-or-treating, marvel at meeting their favorite characters, munch on tasty treats, and be dazzled by live puppet and magic shows. Parents will also appreciate the safe and family-friendly environment, with fun-filled surprises around every corner. So join us, dressed in your Halloween best, for ghoulish good times and memories the whole family will treasure!

Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Where: Grand Hope Park at ASU California Center Grand, 919 S Grand Avenue

Giveaways Galore: Commemorative pumpkin tote bags for the first 600 children present. Plus, all ages will enjoy complimentary hot dogs from Shake Shack DTLA and cookies from Capital One Cafe. 

Parking: Paid event parking available at 919 W 9th St. for $10. Card Only. Street Parking Available.

Go Metro: Take Metro A, B or D Line to 7th Street/Metro Center Station. Grand Hope Park is a 6-minute walk away. Plan your trip at metro.net.
