Let the Games Begin!
LA28 recently announced its updated venue plan, placing DTLA at the heart of the Games with events slated for the Convention Center, Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, Dodger Stadium, Exposition Park, and LA Memorial Coliseum. The LA28 organization itself will be headquartered Downtown, and while the Olympic & Paralympic Games is the ultimate global sporting event, we’ll get a running start with a series of others leading up to it, including the FIFA World Cup and 75th NBA All-Star Game in 2026, Super Bowl LXI in 2027, and who knows, maybe Downtown has another World Series parade in its future!
