Join us for a special Wood-Fired Pizza & Wine Pairing Dinner at Enoteca Del Re, featuring a 3-course gourmet menu crafted by Chef Michele Galifi. This exclusive pop-up event offers a delicious, curated experience where each course is perfectly paired with fine wines. Choose from a full 3 course menu with wine pairing or ala carte ticket!

Ala Carte Ticket is $25 and includes one choice of pizza. Additional food and beverage is available for purchase on site.

The 3 course menu is $75 ticket and includes a perfectly paired wine tasting accompaniment. Each wine pour is 3 oz.

Menu Highlights: A Roasted Beet Salad to start with choice of ONE Wood-Fired Pizza. Some options are GAMBERO ROSSO: Red prawns, fresh mozzarella, mascarpone, pistachio crema, fresh chives ASPARAGI: Asparagus, fontina, smoked scamorza, lemon ricotta, cracked black pepper, prosciutto crisp PISELLI: Pea purée, hot soppressata, garlic confit, whole burrata, Parmigiano Reggiano crisps, fresh basil (Any Pizza can be made with no protein to accommodate vegetarians)
