WIVES

East West Players, in co-production with Hypokrit Live Arts, presents Jaclyn Backhaus's WIVES, directed by Arpita Mukherjee. The comedy reframes history through the women beside powerful men, moving from 16th-century France to 1920s India and 1960s Idaho with a South Asian cast. This October 17 performance is the Student Saturday masked matinee at 2 p.m.; the run continues through November 1. East West Players offers pay-what-you-will tickets, with seats available for as little as $15. Stumblday is an independent local event guide and is not the organizer.
