Watcho Presents: Por La Comunidad

A community fundraiser celebrating Latino culture, local work, art, music, and the people shaping Los Angeles. Hosted by Watcho and open to everyone.

Watcho is a bilingual community safety platform built for Latino families across SoCal, helping people stay informed about what’s happening nearby and notified of recent sightings or kidnappings.

We’re hosting Por La Comunidad to introduce Watcho, meet the people we hope to serve, and listen before we continue building. We want honest feedback from families, street vendors, local workers, organizers, and neighbors about what they experience, what would actually help, and how Watcho can better support everyday life across LA.

The night will celebrate the people shaping Latino life in the city: the ones organizing resources, running neighborhood businesses, making music and art, telling stories, designing new tools, and creating opportunities for others. The event is rooted in Latino culture and open to everyone.

Throughout the night, guests can meet the Watcho team, learn about the platform, and share direct feedback on what we should build and improve next.

Limited-edition Watcho launch merchandise and complimentary freebies will be available. A large portion of merchandise proceeds, after costs, will be donated to families affected by kidnappings and deportations along with community support efforts. Final donation details will be shared after the event.
