USC Lusk Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Announces 2020 Summer Session
The USC Lusk Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, a course that provides critical real estate finance and development education to women and minorities, recently announced their summer session held between June 4- 26, 2020. It offers graduates the opportunity for leadership roles and success in today's challenging finance and real estate industry.
Program graduates go on to play roles in numerous commercial, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout Southern California and across the nation. Designed as an inclusive executive education experience, the Ross Minority Program brings individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives together to solve complex real estate challenges.
Dr. Richard K. Green teaches the courses along with other notable USC faculty and prominent real estate experts. Guest lectures and panel discussions will expose students to a broad range of skills, product types, and tools that influence successful development projects. Specialized topics may include affordable housing, real estate law, site planning, construction management, and multifamily development.
The deadline to enroll in the summer session is April 20, 2020.
