The Penguin Patisserie Display at JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

Inspired by the seasonal window displays seen in shops from New York to London, Chef Francois Behuet and his pastry dream team have created a life-size, storefront view into a whimsical holiday panorama. Crafted from considerable amounts of sugar, pastry, marshmallow and chocolate, the hotel’s 2024 holiday lobby display features a squad of silly penguins who have taken-over the pastry kitchen. Ten hand-made chocolate penguins can be seen spinning, twirling and cavorting through the cookhouse as they try their ‘fin’ at baking a colorful array of holiday treats.
