Scrapbooking Our Family Histories

The Los Angeles Public Library hosts a hands-on family-history scrapbooking workshop on Sunday, October 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Central Library’s History and Genealogy Department on Lower Level Four. All supplies are provided, and participants may bring their own. Guests can bring up to three photographs or pieces of ephemera to digitize and print with an archival scanner; the library recommends using a copy or surrogate for especially precious items. Arrive early for scanning. Advance RSVP is required because the workshop is limited to 20 participants. Stumblday is an independent weekend-events guide; confirm registration details with LAPL before attending. Official source: https://www.lapl.org/events/scrapbooking-our-family-histories.
