NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) hosts its June Monthly Film Festival dedicated to its celebration of its annual InFocus: LGBTQ+ Cinema program. The Pride celebration consists of two InFocus: LGBTQ+ shorts programs showcasing a diverse range of exciting work from emerging LGBTQ+ creators and the Los Angeles premiere of writer-director Honey Lauren’s debut feature narrative Mistake. This month also marks FIFA World Cup 26™ in Los Angeles with an exciting June Shorts program that spotlights FIFA participant countries.
