Michael Jackson: A Musical Legacy
The Michael Jackson: A Musical Legacy exhibit at the GRAMMY Museum offers an up-close look at one of the most influential entertainers of the 20th century. Located in the museum’s Fourth Floor Gallery, the ongoing display highlights Jackson’s evolution from child prodigy with The Jackson 5 to global solo artist, with artifacts from the Thriller and Bad eras, including jackets, sequined gloves, shin guards, handwritten lyrics, and “We Are the World” memorabilia.
For longtime DTLA visitors, it’s another reason to revisit L.A. LIVE and experience the cultural depth packed into this part of Downtown. For first-time visitors, it’s an easy, iconic stop that connects music history, pop culture, and Los Angeles entertainment in one memorable visit.
