LSD CLOWNSYSTEM -- A Clown-Themed LCD Soundsystem Cover Band from New Orleans
On Saturday, December 30th, LSD Clownsystem will be gracing the stage at The Globe Theater in DTLA! America’s premier all-clown LCD Soundsystem tribute band will pitch their big top circus, along with help from DJ Chinua and more support!
LSD Clownsystem is a collective composed of musicians from globe-trotting bands, brilliant costume and makeup artists published in the biggest magazines on the planet, and the hottest up and coming DJ’s in the South. But it has become so much more than a cover band – it is the blurred line of the proscenium. Rabid fans dress the part as the crowd and the band become intertwined.
Previous Clownsystem shows have included a time traveling adventure, a Clown Town, a game show with a giant wheel, a rodeo, a trip under the sea, and a Bauhaus-themed show, with each performance bringing the spectacle to higher heights. Attendees can expect a full audience in clown costume, with face painters on call in the lobby for anyone who wants to get into the spirit.
