The 2nd Annual Lantern Paw Festival is now happening on March 8th, 2025!

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with your furry companions at the 2nd Annual Lantern Paw Festival, hosted by Pawsitive MGMT in partnership with Firecracker LA, celebrating their 47th annual Firecracker Run. Together, we’re bringing a day full of fun, tradition, and community connection!

Join us from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Blossom Plaza for this free event featuring exciting activities for dogs, families, and the community. To support local rescues, attendees can secure a $25 PASS (Pawsitive Action Supporting Shelters), which includes a swag bag filled with goodies and exclusive entry into our raffle for exciting prizes. Portions of the proceeds will directly benefit the Lovejoy Foundation, helping dogs find their forever homes.

Event Highlights Include:

Photo Activations: Step into the spotlight with your pets and capture picture-perfect moments in stunning Lunar New Year-themed setups, including designs inspired by the Year of the Snake.

Arts & Crafts for Kids: Enjoy fun and creative activities hosted by the Chinatown Los Angeles Public Library.

Pet Portraits: Commission custom Lunar New Year-themed portraits of your dog by the talented Sheila Chen Art.

Photography Mini-Sessions: Create lasting memories with professional pet photographer Mary Haber and Ti Chu

Adoption Opportunities: Help dogs and cats find their forever homes, hosted by the Lovejoy Foundation.

Mahjong Experience: Learn the art of mahjong through hands-on teaching sessions led by the Mahjong Fan Club.
