CUISINE FOR A CAUSE
LA's most celebrated chefs will come together for CUISINE FOR A CAUSE, a one-night-only tasting experience benefitting Lupus LA. Participating chefs include: Neal Fraser (Redbird & Vibiana), Tal Ronnen (Crossroads), Bricia Lopez (Guelaguetza), Vartan Abgaryan (Momed), Ben Ford (Ford’s Filling Station), David LeFevre (Manhattan Beach Post) and Sherry Yard (By The Yard). Hosted at Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles, the evening invites guests to explore a courtyard tasting experience featuring signature dishes from top restaurants across the city – offering a rare opportunity to sample standout bites from multiple culinary destinations in one place. Desserts will be served during the indoor program, accompanied by an open bar. Proceeds support Lupus LA’s work advancing lupus research, patient services, and advocacy.
The evening will also honor three individuals for their contributions to the lupus community. Amanda Palley, a Lupus LA Board Member, veteran television executive, and lupus patient, will be honored with the Ellis Community Leadership Award. Terri Seymour, a longtime Extra TV correspondent and prominent advocate who has lived with lupus since age 18, will receive the Loop Award. Dr. Vaneet Sandhu, Vice President of Clinical Development at Fate Therapeutics and a former practicing rheumatologist, will receive the Medical Visionary Award.
