Ai film summit Los Angeles 2026

AI Film Summit Los Angeles 2026 is a premier film and technology summit hosted by the Tyrannus Foundation, focusing on how artificial intelligence is transitioning from early technical experiments into a mature entertainment and commercial ecosystem.

Core Mission & Themes
As generative AI tools become more widespread, AI filmmaking is no longer just about sporadic tech tests. This year’s summit centers on critical questions: How do creators build a career? Who funds and distributes these projects? How is IP managed? How can AI cinema evolve into a sustainable entertainment industry?
The summit is built around The 4 Pillars:
1. MAKE IT: Focusing on professional workflows, visual consistency, directing, and editing, and how to turn stunning AI clips into production-ready cinematic works.
2. BUILD A CAREER: Exploring new creative roles, essential skill sets, and career pathways emerging as AI integrates into film production.
3. SELL IT: Addressing fundraising, pitching, distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and sustainable revenue models.
4. OWN IT: Concentrating on copyright, attribution, licensing, digital likeness rights, consent, and long-term intellectual property value protection.
