The Trust Building
Renovation of 11-story Art Deco structure at 433 S. Spring Street into roughly 300,000 SF of creative office space. Designed by the Downtown powerhouse Parkinson and Parkinson, the building is an example of the Zig Zag Moderne style, and, along Spring Street, it features murals by Hugo Ballin that will be restored.
