Perla

The project, located at 4th and Broadway, will consist of 450 condos above 7,000 SF of ground-level retail and restaurant space. Slated for completion in 2020, Perla is billed as the first residential high-rise built within the Historic Core in over a century. Architecture firm CallisonRTKL is designing the building, which features a slim tower structure protruding above a mid-rise podium. It features ornate wrought iron grilles and vintage railing, echoing the appearances of adjacent historic structures.
