This development is reactivating the 1924 Maxwell Coffee Building with roughly 56,000 SF of office space atop ground-floor commercial uses. The building's historic architectural features - including wood-stamped concrete ceilings, a brick facade and oversized windows - will be preserved under the design by Ware Malcomb.
