John Ferraro Building (LADWP Headquarters)
The John Ferraro Building, headquarters for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, is an iconic building in the City of Los Angeles. It was designed by the firm of Albert C. Martin and Associates and opened in May 1965. The 17-story, 880,537 square-foot building was designed and Engineered to be energy-efficient, cost-effective, and to be a powerful visual statement.
