Hoxton Hotel
British developer Ennismore converted the historic Los Angeles Railway building at 1060 S. Broadway into the newest location of the hip Hoxton hotel chain. The 10-story building, originally completed in 1925, converted the upper floors of the L.A. Railway building into 164 guest rooms that opened in 2019. Other facilities within the historic office tower include lounge areas, a spa, event space, multiple food and beverage venues, and a rooftop pool deck. (Source: Urbanize LA)
