The development will consist of mixed-use buildings rising 40 and 31 stories in height, rising to maximum heights of 529 and 421 feet above a shared podium and landscaped outdoor deck.. The towers, named for Hope and Flower Streets, will offer 730 rental apartments with 8,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space, various residential amenities, and structured parking for 830 vehicles. The Vancouver-based architect Chris Dikeakos is designing the Hope + Flower development, which will feature a modern glass exterior wrapped with cantilevered balconies. (Source: Urbanize LA)
