Douglas Building Lofts

Originally built in 1898. Converted to residential in 2005. The newly restored Douglas Lofts accommodates 50 unique New York style loft units that vary in size and floor plan. Unique architectural features include high ceilings, exposed brick walls, restored double-hung windows, historic tile and hardwood flooring, state-of-the-art kitchens, and Waterworks bathtubs.
