Chinatown Station

Chinatown Station is a 5.7-acre vacant parcel of land located just North of Downtown Los Angeles in the Chinatown District. This prime development site is presently being entitled for residential and retail space. The site immediately neighbors the Chinatown Metro Gold Line station which services East Los Angeles to Pasadena. The site also neighbors the 32-acre Los Angeles Historic State Park, known as The Cornfield, which is currently undergoing major renovations for approximately $20 million which will be transformative for the neighborhood.
