Arts District Center

"The Arts District Center project - slated for a one-acre property bounded by 5th, Colyton, and Seaton Streets - calls for replacing a two-story commercial building with a 12-story edifice that would feature 129 live/work condominiums with a 113-room hotel and 72,469 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The proposed development would also include art galleries, artist production space, and four levels of subterranean parking for 513 vehicles.

Togawa Smith Martin is designing the project, which would stand approximately 148 feet in height. Renderings depict a glass-and-steel structure rising above a two-level base clad with brick veneer. Murals would wrap the building's upper levels along the south, west, and north facades."
