THE COMMERCIAL SQUARE FEET WILL TOTAL APPROXIMATELY 16,071 SQUARE FEET FOR A TOTAL DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 66,613 SQUARE FEET OF FLOOR AREA.
