6th Street Place
The residential project, called 6th Street Place, was completed in July 2023 at the northeast corner of the intersection of 6th and San Julian. A three-story light industrial building - best known as the site of the "Skid Row City Limits" mural - was demolished and was replaced with a six-story edifice with 94 affordable units.
