Hope Street, is currently vacant.  An entity affiliated with Domyan Properties, which is identified as the owner of the roughly 7,800-square-foot parcel, is seeking entitlements for the construction of an 11-story building on the property, containing 144 hotel rooms with 378 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 56 parking spaces in an automated garage.
