Proposed mixed-use development from Jade Enterprises in the Fashion District at the southeast corner of 11th and Main Streets. The project was approved in April 2018 by the LA City Planning Commission. Plans call for an eight-story building that would feature 379 apartments - with 42 set aside for very-low-income households - above 26,000 square feet of street-level retail space. MVE's design for the mid-rise structure includes a publicly accessible courtyard that would be sited mid-block along Main Streets. Other communal open spaces would include a roof deck and a swimming pool.
