If you've considered moving to Downtown Los Angeles, but you don't know where to begin, our Saturday Housing Bus Tour is for you! From Adaptive Reuse loft-style apartments in historic office buildings to luxury apartments, Downtown has unique real estate for those of you bored with suburban living. On this extensive, four-hour tour, you'll visit a sampling of 6 or 7 residences – both for sale and for lease – among 75 existing residential properties, and many more under construction. We will also provide an introduction to Downtown’s many neighborhoods, pointing out Downtown icons such as the Staples Center, L.A. LIVE, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and the Cathedral of our Lady of the Angels. We’ll also tell you about some of Downtown’s amenities and other significant projects under construction – such as the Grand and Park Fifth project sites. Tours start at 9:00 AM sharp and end at about 1:00 PM, but not later than 1:30 PM. Please note that featured projects change for each tour, and we will be visiting sales centers and/or model units for projects under construction. Once you’re done with the tour, don’t forget to continue exploring Downtown's restaurants, museums, shopping and much more! We are pleased to have the Los Angeles Conservancy as our tour partner. |
