Saturday Downtown Housing Bus Tour

If you have been thinking about moving to Downtown Los Angeles, but don't know where to begin, our Saturday Housing Bus Tour is for you!

From Adaptive Reuse loft-style apartments in historic office buildings to luxury apartments, Downtown has unique real estate for those of you bored with suburban living. Our extensive four (4) hour tour starts at 9 AM sharp and ends at about 1 PM. Sometimes we run late but no later than 1:15 PM.

Over 6500 housing units are currently under construction in Downtown and you'll get to visit models in some of the following projects or sales centers. There are currently 75 existing residential projects in Downtown (with more on the way) and since we typically visit only 6-7 of them on any given tour, our featured projects change tour to tour.
