If you've considered moving to Downtown LA, but you don't know where to begin, our Saturday Housing Bus Tour is for you! From Adaptive Reuse loft-style apartments in historic office buildings to luxury apartments and condos, Downtown has unique real estate for those of you bored with suburban living.

On this extensive, four-hour tour, you'll visit a sampling of six or seven residences - both apartments and condos- among 75 existing residential properties, and many more under construction. We will also provide an introduction to Downtown's many neighborhoods, pointing out Downtown icons such as L.A. Tours start at 9:00 AM sharp and end at about 1:00 PM. Please note that featured projects change for each tour, and we will be visiting sales centers and/or model units for apartments and condominiums under construction.
