Foursquare Day LA 2012
Join foursquare users around the world on 4/16, April 16th, to celebrate foursquare day (4 squared = 16, hence 4/16)!
We are organizing an event in Los Angeles and would love to get as many people to join us and celebrate this day!

What is Foursquare?

We aim to build things to not only help you keep up with the places your friends go, but that encourage you to discover new places and challenge you to explore your neighborhood in new ways."
When is Foursquare Day? Why then?
April 16. Because it is the 4th month, and the 4-squared day! (4 /16)
Is it official?
Yes, after Foursquare become aware of the intensity of the grass-roots movement, they announced their official support via Twitter and Facebook.
What is in it for me? Is there an official badge?
Fun. Special events and discounts at select venues. While there was a badge last year, foursquare has not announced a badge for 4sqday 2012 yet, but you can very likely get your swarm and other badges.
